As frequent users of PLAXIS, we are extremely happy to announce our Partnership with Bentley Systems to improve and expand our Automatic Backanalysis Platform DAARWIN.
SAALG Geomechanics has created a software that serves as a platform called Daarwin. This backanalysis
software is a web-based platform that through Machine Learning Algorithms, RealTime Data Analysis and Cloud Computing increases the ability to analyze geotechnical data and the reliability of ground response predictions using Plaxis models.
Daarwin enables the user to take control of the project in real time and make decisions based on the analysis of large volumes of data in record time. The software facilitates anticipation of possible catastrophes or substantial changes caused by ground movements and correcting misalignments that are unpredictable at the beginning of the project.
High ranked companies within the engineering and infrastructure space such as Bentley Systems are
starting to understand the need of connecting design tools like Plaxis with Monitoring Data to make the most out of these two worlds (design and construction) and have entrusted us to work together to digitalize the construction industry in a more efficient and sustainable way.
We are so thrilled about this partnership and hope that this is the start of many because we want to
share the benefits that Daarwin can provide to every single company that truly sees that the future is using technology and software to make engineering decisions more precise and effective.
